I booked my flight on scholartrip.com right from my phone, and it was easy enough. These travel sites are usually a little annoying on mobile, but this one mostly behaved. The pages loaded fine, and the student discount was super easy to spot, which is basically all anyone really wants when booking a trip.

The only annoying part was the payment page feeling a bit slow, and I definitely had to double check my dates before hitting pay because everyone messes that up if they rush. But the confirmation email came through quickly, so overall I’d say it was a good experience.

Support did answer my message, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, I guess, but it definitely felt a little slow

In the end, I had to pay extra just to sort it out myself. Definitely not booking through them again

I was traveling internationally and felt let down by the support. At first I was trying to stay patient, but the replies were so slow that it started getting really stressful.
